What to have ready

Have these on hand when you fill out the form.

1. A valid government ID (driver’s license, passport, or PhilSys National ID)
2. Business permit
3. Your business registration certificate (DTI for sole proprietors, or SEC registration for partnerships and corporations)
4. BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303)
5. Proof of your business bank account (screenshot, passbook, or bank certificate with the account name and number)
6. Proof of business: a logo, storefront photos, or a website or Facebook page for your business

Once you submit everything, we review it and set up your HitPay terminal.
